From the Series Systems of Power: Symbolic Power

The project deals with the systems of power behind contemporary art scene in Slovenia. The main focus of the project is the problematic nature of an exhibition Every Man is a Curator, organised in summer 2007 by Museum of Modern Art in Ljubljana. The project is using the language of exhibition ads, typicaly to be seen in major art magazines, such as Artforum. The inner structure of the project is however exposing the problem of maitaining the symbolic supremacy of the institution.
